To protect customers data and in order to be prepared for any disaster-recovery scenario, we perform regular, scheduled backups of all our Virtual Private Servers, on a weekly basis.
Every VPS image is backed up to off-site backup servers in order to guarantee full recovery capabilities, even in the unlikely worst case scenario, should our enterprise grade hardware completely fails.
Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups and should not consider our backups as a guarantee of data recovery. In all cases, only the last version of the image is saved, discarding any other previous images.
