Effective May 6, 2019, VelociHOST will no longer support managed service plans due to significant challenges involved in maintaining a successful product that meets consumers’ expectations, as well as the service’s low demand.

While our team have put a lot of effort and dedication into building our managed services over the years, it has not achieved broad consumer adoption, and has seen limited user interaction. Our managed services currently have low usage and engagement of less than 5% percent of Velocihost’s customer base, creating associated costs and planning efforts for our team that are challenging to develop and maintain.

We will continue to provide our service lineup as an un-managed product portfolio of enterprise cloud hosting services and all accounts with current management services will be adjusted to reflect the new pricing without managed assistance.

We are in the process of notifying affected customers that were impacted by this change.

We also understand that our ability to build reliable products that hosts your data drives user trust. We have always taken this seriously, and we continue to invest in our un-managed services to better meet consumer demand, create powerful solutions, and engage with users and customers to get their feedback and improve our services. We will never stop our work to build a world-class cloud hosting infrastructure as a service (IaaS) portfolio that work for everyone.
